Where we started, to where we are now...
Gary Oschmann started his company with a single meeting with his first client. Working out of his one bedroom apartment, he built a solid client base providing DOT compliance services including drug test management and driver qualification file services for FMCSA clients.
Gary leased his first office on 44th Street, opening his first official Oschmann run drug and alcohol testing collection facility
Oschmann Organization was renamed to Oschmann Employee Screening Services. The new name better reflects the direction and level of services provided by the company.
Oschmann Employee Screening Services had a custom collection van built to provide on-site testing services at locations normally not attainable without proper bathroom facilities.
Oschmann Employee Screening Services moved to a larger building on South Palo Verde Road in Tucson. The new building allowed the company to continue to grow and service its clients in a customized facility.
Oschmann Employee Screening Services acquired the customer base of Professional Air Charter Services, a Third Party Administrator/Consortium specializing in Federal Aviation Administration drug and alcohol testing programs. This acquisition allowed Oschmann to continue to grow its DOT consortium programs.
Oschmann Employee Screening Services acquired the assets and client base of Comprehensive Testing Services based out of Gilbert, AZ expanding its client base in the Phoenix, AZ market.
Oschmann Employee Screening Services acquired Phoenix, AZ mobile testing company Reliable On-Site Substance Testing, expanding their presence in the Phoenix area and adding 3 additional mobile testing units in addition to adding on-site collectors in Northern and Western Arizona.
With the recent acquisitions and company growth, Oschmann Employee Screening Services moved to its current building and location on Alvernon Way in Tucson, leading the way for additional growth.
